Megan + Josh

A day full of energy and joy - this was Megan + Josh's day at beautiful Oxfordshire wedding venue, Lains Barn. Starting with a laid back and relaxed morning, where Josh got ready with his boys at his parents house, whilst Megan and the girls had a slow paced morning at home. With plenty of beautiful light, it was the optimum spaces to get natural portraits of them both.

They opted for a church ceremony, which was important to them both, and Megan's family, being a big part of the community at their local church. Megan was accompanied by her dad down the aisle, and was met with tears from Josh on her arrival. The ceremony was as energy filled as it was emotional, with a gospel choir leading dancing through the pews. After confetti and some quick portraits at the church, they head to beautiful Lains Barn wedding venue, nestled in the countryside outside of London. It was important to them both to have a relaxed and chilled out wedding, with much of the styling being done by themselves and their family - the showstopper of course which was their doughnut cake, made by Josh's mum. They went for drapes, candles, and plants to create a beautifully simple and organic space inside of Lains Barn. After their meal and speeches, they took to the dancefloor and truly danced the night away, I don't think either of them left it all night!
